Given the current situation and time constraints, we would like to point out that delivery of the order may be delayed. Transport in the entire territory of the Republic of Kosovo is 2 euros at the base, while in Albania the cost of transport is 5 euros, which means that you will be required to pay to receive your order.
The cost of transportation is paid by the buyer himself. If the order is returned by the courier service due to an unsuccessful attempt to deliver the order, the shipment will be returned and you will receive a STOP for any future orders from our website. If the product needs to be replaced, the cost of returning and unloading the new product is borne by the buyer. Marabella undertakes to cover the shipping cost only in case of discrepancy (conformity) between the ordered product and the accepted manufacturer.
The customer must check the products immediately at the time of delivery to determine conformity with the order placed.
If the delivered product does not correspond to the received product in terms of shape, model, color or for any other reason deviates from the order, then you have the right to request a replacement within 15 days from the moment the product is delivered. This right of replacement applies only if the product has not been used, if the appearance, properties, seals, factory labels, etc. have been preserved.
In case of delivery of the product which does not correspond to the requested product, please notify us at our email address contact@marabellakosova.com within 24 days from the date of delivery. We will notify you as soon as possible of the further steps that need to be taken to exercise your rights as a consumer.
When the ordered product is delivered to you, you are obliged to review it immediately to determine if there are any defects in the delivered product.
The customer to whom the defective product was sold has the right to request: - free removal of defects, its replacement with another product at the option of the buyer or the final termination of the contract, reimbursement of the amount paid.
In order to exercise the rights, set out above, the consumer is obliged to provide proper confirmation, and MARABELLA is obliged to accept the defective product from the consumer and meet his requirements, unless he proves that the product defects occurred due to a violation of the Terms of Use and consumer protection, third party or other entity. The consumer has the right to be present when checking the product.
If it is necessary to return the product that was delivered by Marabella as requested by the customer, then the cost of returning and unloading the new product should be borne by the buyer himself. MARABELLA accepts the obligation to pay the cost only if it brings a product which does not match the required product. Replacement is done by creating a new order, in which you indicate that it is a replacement. Notification of replacement in the postal service is the responsibility of MARABELLA. Once the product is returned to MARABELLA and determined that it has not been used, its appearance, retained properties and factory labels have been retained, a new product will be sent to you. The client can make a change of size or a change of model. If the price of the new item is higher, the customer will pay the difference.
MARABELLA reserves the right to change the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use at any time and without prior notice. Therefore, in order to keep up with any changes and as they are binding on you and us, we invite you to periodically check to see if such changes have occurred.
