Delivery

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successfully completed. If your order is placed on Friday after 13:00, or on the weekend, then your order will be shipped on business day.

The postal service sends to your address from Monday to Friday. For that purpose, the person must be present at the address indicated for delivery. Before the product is shipped, the supplier will call you before it is delivered. Usually the delivery time within Kosovo is 1-3 working days, while in Albania 3-5 working days. Given the current situation and time constraints, we would like to point out that delivery of the order may be delayed. Transport in the entire territory of the Republic of Kosovo is 2 euros at the base, while in Albania the cost of transport is 5 euros, which means that you will be required to pay to receive your order.

The cost of transportation is paid by the buyer himself. If the order is returned by the courier service due to an unsuccessful attempt to deliver the order, the shipment will be returned and you will receive a STOP for any future orders from our website. If the product needs to be replaced, the cost of returning and unloading the new product is borne by the buyer. Marabella undertakes to cover the shipping cost only in case of discrepancy (conformity) between the ordered product and the accepted manufacturer.
